I heard that Diablo II has already
been released / will be released soon. Is that
true?
No. You are confusing Diablo II with
Hellfire, Sierra's addon pack for the original
Diablo. The Hellfire addon includes a few extra
levels, spells, monsters, items and a new
character class, Diablo II will be a completely
new game.

Diablo Cheaters suck! Will we see
the same amount of cheating in Diablo II as well?
Blizzard is taking considerable
measures to make sure Diablo II will be as cheat
free as possible. For example, all character info
will be stored on Battle.net servers and not on
the player's local machine. We will have to wait
until Diablo II is released to see if they
succeded in their crusade against cheaters.
Will I be able to play Diablo II
with my old characters from the original Diablo?
No. Diablo II will have all new
characters for you to play with and will not
allow you to continue playing with your old
Diablo characters.
